The sentence that changed your life

Do you remember that one sentence someone told you earlier in your life that broke you down?

I bet you that she or he doesn’t even remember about it now.

But you do.

The sentence haunted your subconscious for years until you finally noticed the patterns in your behavior that were coming from that day.

That day, you lost your wings.

You hid your voice so well that now you doubt about who you truly are.

You locked your dreams so deep inside your heart that you forgot about them.

I have been there.

Rising with the right tribe

I got a couple of sentences in my childhood and early adulthood that changed me for decades.

I was afraid of speaking too loud. I didn’t want to be noticed.

I didn’t think that my voice could matter.

After a few wake-up calls in my late thirties, I started my journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

I let my inner child speak up.

Through the consulting business I launched in San Francisco, I was fortunate to meet mentors, coaches, and like-minded friends who helped me find myself again and create new possibilities in my life.

As a lifelong learner, I am still on my journey to become a better human being but now I have tools and a tribe alongside me so I don’t feel lost and alone.

Time for rebirth

It breaks my heart to see that beautiful souls are still struggling out there because they didn’t meet the right circles of support to heal and create changes in their life.

Because I was able to break through some of my limiting beliefs, I know you can do it too.

I don’t want you to stay stuck in a box that someone else defined for you.

Don’t let the past shape your future.

Let go.

You can become a new person.

My goal with this blog is to help you wake up your inner child, become a better lifelong learner, believe in yourself again, and create new possibilities in your life.

Making bigger changes together

Sharing my lessons learned with you is a way to stay accountable on my journey of self-development and to practice what I learn at a deeper level.

I plan to write about self-development, adapting our professional skills in a fast-changing world, and making time for activities that matter to us.

As a mother, I’m also curious about how we can help children adapt to changes and grow more confident. I will also be sharing notes about my exploration related to the future of education.

Let me know in the comments below what you plan to explore and what you want to improve in your life.

Now is the time to make the changes and impacts you have been longing to do.

Let’s grow stronger together!
